    We will then provide you with the necessary information and shipping instructions to return or exchange your item(s).
    Please note: Packages returned to the online store without authorization will be refused, and orders already processed and shipped can not be canceled. But you can return the order once you have received it, either at our retail location, or by requesting return instructions with the shipping cost at your expense.
    *All returned product is subject to the approval by the seller. Returned items without an approval RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from the seller will not be processed. Any shipping and handling expenses on returns are the buyer’s responsibility. A legal action will be taken if buyer refuses to take responsibility on these charges along with the cost of any legal expenses that occur. Upon receiving the defective item from the buyer, the seller will examine and test for the defective claim that was made by the buyer. Unless the seller can reproduce the same fault indicated by the buyer, the return will not be accepted. All return shipment from Bass Electronics will be via ground shipping method or the equivalent subject to be determined by Bass Electronics. In the event of returning the product, the buyer is fully responsible for the safe return of the product to us. Item must be returned within 7 days after the issue of an RMA. The returned merchandise should include the following RMA number that was issued by the seller, buyer’s full name, shipping address, contact phone number, and the reason for return. All accessories and manual must also be included inside the package as the buyer originally received it. Returned merchandise should be well packed to protect from damages. Any missing parts, damaged items or inappropriate information will not be accepted. Any unidentified return which is aged over 14 days, Bass Electronics will have the right to dispose such item without notifying the buyer. No replacement will be issued on the unidentified return once it has been disposed. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
     
    Returning your purchase? You have the following options:
    In-store Purchases are exempt from the online returns policy – please contact customer care if you wish to return your in-store purchase. Online Orders–can be returned to our storefront or by mail. Return period starts from date of delivery.
    Returns by Mail

    Your RMA number is valid for 7 days from issuance and must be displayed clearly on the outside of the box, or your refund could be significantly delayed or refused. We will make every effort to process your return quickly, and you will be notified via e-mail upon the completion of your refund.
    Bass Electronics will not pay or refund any shipping charges, unless we made an error in order processing. Bass Electronics is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipment of the item(s) you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return via insured parcel post or courier. 
    What you need to return your online purchase in-store:
    Bring your receipt and valid photo ID. For online orders, you can reprint your receipt from your Order History. Regular returns will be refunded using the original method of payment. If you can’t find your receipt or original method of payment, return is not applicable. Your name, address, phone number and signature will be required along with a valid government photo I.D.
    Special Return Periods
    Purchases made between Nov. 1 and Dec. 31 are eligible for extended returns until Jan. 15 the following year provided it is noted as a gift at the time of purchase.
