Shipping Department Hours
Monday-Friday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Holidays: Closed *Please check in with us if you are ordering near a holiday as shipping companies tend to be closed a few days prior or after the holiday & may affect shipping times. [email protected]
*NOTE:
There is no shipping over the weekends
Expected Delivery Hours: Anywhere from 10:00am-11:00pm EST.
Your order may take longer due to higher than normal order volumes
Local delivery (GTA): if you place your order on Thursday after 5pm, that your order may not arrive until that following Monday or Tuesday.
Canada Wide Shipping: orders placed after 5pm on Thursday to 9am on Friday will be picked up by couriers on Friday. Orders placed after 9am on Friday will be picked by couriers on Monday or Tuesday.
Flash Friday or any other free shipping offer will only be offered in Standard shipping. Express or Expedited shipping is available at request for extra fees, please contact us at [email protected]
Only Canada Post will deliver to a PO Box.
Free Shipping Does NOT apply to the following orders:
- flammable items in cart
- clearance items in cart
- Heavy/Bulky items (heavier than 4kg, Enclosure products,...)
The following orders are eligible for free shipping:
- Order values that are $150.00 & over before taxes
- Dimensions of the parcel must be small/medium
- Must be under 4kg
- Your shipping address must be within the eligible shipping zones for (see below)
- Equipment & Tools are accepted
- No flammable items in cart

Other Conditions
Free shipping offer is NOT available for:
- Freight items (for example, some furniture and heavy electronic products)
- Items over a certain size and/or weight (gallons, flammable liquids, case products...)
- Orders shipped International country (outside Canada)
Local delivery is not applied for case products
Additional shipping fee’s may apply
We ship Canada-wide, live rates are enabled to calculate the most accurate shipping fees for your parcel. If you are ordering in bulk/wholesale please contact [email protected] as some additional shipping fee’s may apply for large/overweight orders that are not yet reflected on the website live rates. To avoid confusion and a seamless process, please contact us to confirm your order. Otherwise if your order is placed online, a representative may reach out to you to help facilitate your order.
International Shipping
We ship internationally, live rates are enabled to calculate the most accurate shipping fees for your parcel. If you cannot see your shipping area just reach out to us and we can help you process the order from our backend! Make sure to provide us the products of interest and your full shipping address so we can provide you a quicker solution. Contact [email protected]
Tracking Your Order
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.
STOLEN PACKAGE
If you believe your package has been delivered but was stolen, please note that effective January 1st, 2024, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to porch piracy.
If the tracking number associated with your delivery shows a photo of the delivered package, please follow these steps:
- Submit any evidence of stolen packages to your local authorities and file an official report.
- Share the official police report with us. We will review it and consider what actions we can take to assist you.
