All accessories and manual must also be included inside the package as the buyer originally received it. Returned merchandise should be well packed to protect from damages. Any missing parts, damaged items or inappropriate information will not be accepted. Any unidentified return which is aged over 14 days, Bass Electronics will have the right to dispose such item without notifying the buyer. No replacement will be issued on the unidentified return once it has been disposed. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
 
Returning your purchase? You have the following options:
In-store Purchases are exempt from the online returns policy – please contact customer care if you wish to return your in-store purchase. Online Orders–can be returned to our storefront or by mail. Return period starts from date of delivery.
Returns by Mail

Your RMA number is valid for 7 days from issuance and must be displayed clearly on the outside of the box, or your refund could be significantly delayed or refused. We will make every effort to process your return quickly, and you will be notified via e-mail upon the completion of your refund.
Bass Electronics will not pay or refund any shipping charges, unless we made an error in order processing. Bass Electronics is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipment of the item(s) you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return via insured parcel post or courier. 
What you need to return your online purchase in-store:
Bring your receipt and valid photo ID. For online orders, you can reprint your receipt from your Order History. Regular returns will be refunded using the original method of payment. If you can’t find your receipt or original method of payment, return is not applicable. Your name, address, phone number and signature will be required along with a valid government photo I.D.
