Dash cams are cameras equipped to the front and sometimes rear of your vehicle, with the ability to record video continuously. Some of our dash cams feature multiple recording modes, as well as a built-in GPS system that show vehicle speed and location.
All footage is stored via on-board SD memory cards. For the sake of efficiency, dash cams are programmed to record in a looping manner, overwriting the oldest footage when it starts a new cycle of recording. In the case of vehicle impact, G-sensors will be triggered, notifying the dash cam to record a separate event video which will not be deleted.
